We are committed to providing transparent and fair cancellation and refund policies in accordance with our service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.). Please read the following policy carefully before making or cancelling a booking.
Flight
- Investor Tipster Tours & Travels strictly follows the airline’s cancellation and reissue policies.
- To cancel or reissue a flight ticket, travelers must notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled departure. Late requests may result in no-show penalties, as per airline rules.
- To proceed with cancellation/reissue, please call +880 1700-829394 or email us at info@investortipster.biz. Upon confirmation, our team will initiate the request with the airline.
- Cancellation or reissue fees will apply as per airline policy. A standard service fee may be charged based on the complexity of the change.
- No additional service fee will be charged by us beyond the airline's applicable fees.
- For EMI payments, the applicable EMI charge will be deducted from the refundable amount.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after confirmation of cancellation. The amount will be refunded through the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment channel.
- Convenience charge is non-refundable.
Hotel
- All hotel bookings are governed by the individual property's cancellation policy.
- To cancel a hotel booking, customers must contact us via phone or email, with the booking details.
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on the property and the timing of the request.
- Date changes are not supported. To change the travel date, the original booking must be canceled, and a new booking must be made.
- Bookings made for blackout dates (e.g., peak seasons, festivals, holidays) are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- No additional fees will be charged by Investor Tipster Tours & Travels, other than what is quoted by the hotel.
- For EMI payments, the applicable EMI charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be made to the original payment method and may take 3–5 working days to reflect.
- Convenience charge is non-refundable.
Tour Packages
- We follow the tour operator's terms and cancellation policy for all tour-related bookings.
- To cancel or change a tour date, please email info@investortipster.biz with your booking details. Our team will respond and assist you based on the operator’s rules.
- Please review the cancellation policy mentioned under each tour package before making your booking.
- Tour bookings during blackout periods (such as public holidays, long weekends, etc.) are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- No additional service fee will be charged beyond the operator's quoted amount.
- For EMI payments, the relevant EMI charge will be deducted from the refundable amount.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method and may take 3–5 working days depending on the bank/payment gateway.
- Convenience charge is non-refundable.
